NZIPP InFocus conference is on that Saturday in Chch, so it's 50/50 for me - depends how prepared I am.

I always leave things until almost the last minute. I should be ok for pizza, may bring my GF if she wants to come.

anyone recognise this print? i'll grant you it does go back a few years but only just got it made this week. i've had that spot saved for 6 years!

Purdy camera. I'm going to get myself a little micro 4/3 body that looks something like that, or a Fuji X1 type thing, for casual use.

you will find that a challenge to use. esp the manual focus.

I got an adaptor to use the Olympus 50mm on the canon. at 1.8 it's not the sharpest lens on the planet, it gives everything a soft look like valanse has been smared on the lens. Step it down to f4 or f5.6 and it becomes very sharp.

Softer colours too, perhaps a more natural look. I would love to have a FF camera to have the 50mm a 50mm and not a 80mm
