They are printed on and there is a bit of an edge to fold over.....the l brackets wouldn't matter....you just slide them under the drop and then put your 2x2 over it.

One of the clients favorite images from this shoot, and it was one I snapped checking the lighting setup. LOL Why bother to pose!

Apparently you have to order the freedom cloth and THEN click on the baseboard option to add it. You can't mix it all at once.

Tiff, you said before one of your popular drops is warehouse, is it just warehouse or "rusty warehouse"?

I kinda like the rusty one. :)

Backdrops is an addiction. Once you start you cant stop. :D

for storage ideas, I thought about getting some square storage bins at target and nailing them to the wall of the studio by the desk. that way I can roll up each drop and toss them into their own cubby. I wonder how well this would work, they say the freedom cloth doesnt wrinkle and so far I ive just been tossing them in a ball and its been pretty good. :)

Mine is warehouse. Yes, they are addicting....I just bought two new ones last week. Storage, that sounds good.....I just stack mine up on a chair or on the floor under a table. I may have to steam a little but it's mostly the light colored drops.

What do you use when you steam them?

right now I toss the backdrop material into a storage tote, but I want to get rid of the tots and free up some floor space, I want to get an automon and/or that strange looking couch *forget its name but I asked the other day and wrote it down somewhere* and put those where the storage totes are now. :) I need a bigger studio. :D

I guess I'd have to say that 80-90% of the seniors I shoot are guys....but despite that fact, I still have a lot of trouble getting these young men to loosen up. They really don't want to be there...and although I understand that...It's tough sometimes taking pictures that don't reflect that fact. 2 of the hardest shoots I've had were this week...
