Stop making this such a puzzle.

LR workflow:
Turn on Computer
Open Lightroom
Plug in Card reader
Insert Card
File > Import if it doesn't pop up automatically
Eject Card after import
Click Date/File wherever you saved your images
Click Develop in upper right
Edit away
Right Click and export each photo or groups of photos
Choose an export destination (I use a folder on my desktop named "Expo") and set file names and sequence numbers
Click export
Upload from your export folder

when you export a dialog box will open, giving you options where to put the file, what to name it, etc. Look further down and you will see where you can tell it what format to save in (jpg, dng) and at what quality on a scale of 1-100. You can also select to save it to the size of the longest edge (say maxpreps limits dimensions to be 1000 x1000 then you put 1000 into the box. If you have to save to a certain size like on POTN attachment there is a box there that lets you enter the maximum size to save it as. Finally you decide what resolution to save at (dpi or ppi as it is called). For web only it is safe to save to 72 dpi since that is maximum resolution of most monitor screen, any more and it won't make a difference. If for print, then leave it at camera default, usually 240-360 dpi. This will result in larger file being saved but will allow it to print larger sizes, much larger sizes.

I called you twice today, did I get the wrong number?

William
