Of the lenses i have listed in my sig...and the ones you listed in yours...I would think you would want the 100 macro. Too bad though, my luma cinch keeps my camera by my side.

If you suspect something is hot, it probably is.
And if something is too good to be true, it probably is.

Pass on it. This may be the same guy who tried to sell it on CL in Reading, PA, a few weeks ago. No lenses, no nothing. He "left his battery charger at the shore". As stated before, someone will buy it with no questions asked. Ask for the serial number to see if it is registered with Canon.

you won't feel that way when someone steals yours

Ask for the S/N. You can then check to see if its been reported lost/stolen on a few websites, not to mention the police.
If they won't give it (or don't respond to your request), you pretty much have your answer.

Ignorance isn't a defense .. at the very least if you're caught with it you'll have to hand it over and lose whatever you paid for it.

I'll bet if someone was selling a 1D X brand new in box for $2000 ALL of you would jump on that.
