I like #2, i spent more time looking at her face, expression and hair than #1.

For number 1, I looked at plants a lil bit in the background and thought about the color tone more, but didnt really focus on the subject.

These are really almost tied for me. When in doubt I would just go color unless you are going for B&W specifically.
