That's a great photo of a Jack. Years ago I used to make lures for Barra, just getting back into lure making now. We are going to go to the Burdekin river with Andrew Mead to test my lures for durability with the lexan bibs as I am unable to cut the alloy ones that I use to use. Fingers crossed that the bibs will not pull out.

Here's some of the better fish from my recent trip to Mille Lacs, MN.

No new pics for a while.

Pelican case with a 5Dmkiii, 24-105, 70-200f/2.8, 1.4x, 580 flash & spare batteries & cards got BBQ'd after a crash & fire.

Note: pelican cases are great for water proof, but they aint fireproof.

wow. I hope your insurance pays for camera and everything.

I think I might puke.. thats a sad sight... glad your ok and able to share these photos with us. WOW

WOW , how in the world did you get out alive ? Someone was watching over you pretty heavenly ! Glad your doing better but you need to be careful with that foot . I had a brother that busted his and ended up having to have a plastic ankle joint put in and then after a couple yrs had to have it replaced . His problem was weight tho (275-lbs) , so keep your weight down . Equip can be replaced but not life's !
