I wouldn't spend the extra $40 on the bundle. Looks like crap to me. I would rather spend the $40 on a better bag then what they include.

Unusual for a bundle, it does include PS Elements 10 and Premier Elements 10. Bag is of limited use considering what you most likely own already. I would not want to trust a blank blue CF Card!

Well, here's my thinking.
My bag is a ProRoller 2x so I could use something small to hold my 2nd camera w/ 24-70 at my side during weddings etc.

I am PUSHING it to afford the body and therefore even a cheap grip will be appreciated until I can get the Canon brand,

I use CS5, so I have no need for the software, but I can sell it cheap to someone at the local camera club.

The card... I wouldn't trust it either.

According to the details at the bottom of the Adorama product page for the bundle:

Sandisk Extreme 16GB CF Memory Card

FWIW, anyway...

I think this is more that the seller is forced to maintain a minimum price on their official website for the camera as an authorized canon dealer.

I see no mention of a "Canon USA warranty" on the bundled one.
On the body-only -- it clearly states a "Canon USA Warranty"!

GRAY MARKET !!?? on the bundled one?

I see the following:

The product is titled:

Canon EOS-5D Mark III Digital SLR Camera Body - USA Warranty, Bundle with...

And the description states:

Canon 5D Mark III Includes

Canon EOS 5D Mark III Body
Canon 1 Year Limited Warranty
Mack 3 Year Extended Warranty
Battery Grip
...

So I would read that to mean it is not gray market.

I will almost always spring for a bundle if it is close in price to item alone. When I bought my 85 1.8 from Adorama they had a bunch of random crap bundled for the same price as everywhere else. I do not use any of those items, but at least I got them for essentially free.
