Any feedback on Mack Warranty? I'm a happy owner of a new 5D3 and would like to get extra 3 year warranty.

Can you do without your camera for several months while they repair it? My personal experience is that Mack is slower than molasses running uphill.

If you value your time, you are better off paying canon for any out of warranty repairs. And this is if Mack covers it in the first place. They make money by NOT covering your issues, not by covering them.

Hi! My name is Desiree and I am the Customer Relations Supervisor for Mack Camera. If you purchased a 7 year lens warranty, you may go to any local authorized service center in your area (Mexico).
Thank you,
Desiree

Thats great!

By "any local authorized dealer" you are refering to a Canon service center, right?

I would assume any dealer authorized by Mack, not necessarily Canon or Canon authorized. But Mack should clarify.
