Thanks but unfortunately my back went the day after I ate that food >.< Acupuncture works wonders so maybe you guys should give it a try!

In the flower garden in the back yard I noticed a couple of flowers budding even though it's already fall.

Went for a walk in the park near my house and saw some sort of evergreen with these red berry like things budding all over it. Several had also fallen to the ground. Not sure, but I think it may turn into a pine cone, I'm no botanist so if I'm wrong, I'm wrong....

Looks like English Yew (Taxus Sp.) (but I'm no botanist either!!!)

Good capture. Looks like beautiful place to shoot. Thats the kind of colors we never get to see here in Puerto Rico. Right now there is torrential rain in this area, complete with thunder and lighting.

A nice pub in the town next to mine, and I was lucky enough to spot this nice Ford parked out front.

I sent this photo by email to the pub's owner for fun, and they invited my wife and me over for free dinner. Pretty cool.

This was taken with the 28-135 USM IS and processed through Topaz Adjust to give it a very slight tonemapped look to it. I also deepened the blue and yellow a bit.

What a treat. I was about to go to bed, but got a text alert on my phone about geomagnetic activity. Sure enough, I haul the camera outside and see the northern lights on display. The full moon and clouds really killed the view, but still not something we see very often down here.

DT - nice locations. Do post the results.

Dave - your landscapes put mine to shame. They are not something I do often and usually they turn out pretty bad. Sometimes I get lucky.

Mike - lovely car, lovely shot.

cepaw - nice shot of a beautiful girl. One tiny niggle - the finish is a bit too smooth.

maru - nice night shots. Shame about the moon.

dlee - yes acupuncture works well most of the time. In my case it is a pinched sciatic nerve. What is needed is a bit of pain relief with the needles and a re-adjustment of that part of the spine. Getting that done in a day or 2 and hopefully can put this bad 16-18 months behind me.

Anyone have suggestions for a cheap, wired shutter release cable for a T2i that can do intervals?
