He is fixing a puncture and blowing some air into the tube to help put it on the rim.

He's pre-inflating the tube a little bit to work it under the tire easier. Or he could be trying to crimp the valve stem to keep it open if those are 60mm rimes, If they are 80's he could be crimping it or tightening an externder.

Nicely captured. WHen I go to see a triathlon, all I see are folks shuffling along. I'll have to look harder next time to find some ACTION!

All are wonderful images. I love the sun stars in some of them.

For #2, did you have a low shutter speed or shallow DOF? There blurred arm/body is bothing me in that image.

Thanks. # 2 was f9, 1/125 sec. He had just got on the bike and I was running next to him as he pulled away. Looking at it again the blur is annoying me as well now.:cry:
