Not far from home, I found an area where the leaves were turning fast and decided to take advantage of the light as well. I'm still working on shooting vehicles, so work in progress... these are all 3 or 6-shot hdrs using the Sigma 50/1.4 on a 5DMkII. A little over-indulgent in saturation, it seems.

3 and 4 are the winners here. The first two i'm not too keen on the angles. Great car though, nice and clean.

Clean 3Si, man! I'm a DSM guy, myself. I've always liked these cars a lot.

As far as the pics are concerned. Do you own a polarizer? Might have helped a bit with the reflections.

Oh cool! It wasn't a '90 if it was AWD. ;)

ha, sorry... 91.. .I know it was a second-year - couldn't remember if they started in 89 or 90.... loved that thing... and put 220k miles on it before it finally developed a cracked head. Went through three transmissions in that thing. I got it after having either a 88 or 89 Dodge Shadow ES Turbo... we'd yanked the turbo out of a Daytona Shelby and had some fun with that little car. Almost bought a Conquest TSI once... wish I had, now...

Turbos are great.

Turbos are great.

They weren't available with AWD until '92. Did it have pop-up headlights?

I LOOOOOVE Conquests/Starions. Probably my favorite 80's car of all-time. Turbo Dodges are a lot of fun as well.

Nope, no popups.. Thought that was only the first year... can't remember now, had that thing when I was 18. Was a FUN car... on the 3si forums they refer to them as Turbos in Trashcans, haha.. I loved mine. Ooh... I do remember that changing the front control arms/ball joints was an EXPENSIVE job cause at the time, you could only replace the ball joints by replacing the whole control arm. And I got changing half shafts down to about 10 minute jobs too, haha.
