Anyone heard of them? They have decent to good ratings on resellerratings.com. Also, if you would do business with them, are they an authorized seller?

Don't know if they are authorized, I would think not, but I've bought a few things from them and have had nothing but good experiences.

But is $699 a good enough "deal" for a t4i kit to get from them? As of now I have a t2i and might get $500 for it if i include grip and batteries and other ad ons....hmmm

hold out til thanksgiving if you can. there are usually tons of deals on consumer grade kits form different authorized retailers.

i could try, but better than $200 off retail value? hmmm

I know it's late, but since 8/3/12, I've bought 12 things from them. The only not-so-great-thing I could say is that sometimes it takes a while for the item to ship. I'm pretty sure they are a drop-shipper, and they don't inventory most (if any) of whtat they sell. But si far I've been very happy, and the deals can be great. I always check prices before I click the buy button, and so far, they have had the best pricing on everything I've bought.

Anyhow, I'd recommend them if they have what you want.

I did end up buying it! They seem similar to woot, and the description says new, and with 1 year warranty...Now I have to sell my t2i and sig lens so my fiance doesnt kill me!

They are good to deal with. I've also bought several things from them. The only con would be slooooooooooooooow shipping. Did I mention they ship slooooooooooowly?

yep, I have bought several things from them. Everything is as advertised but it does take a while for them to ship. So if you aren't in a hurry you can get a good deal for sure.

My only purchase experience was disappointing. I purchased their "aluminum camera case", which ended up being a paperboard piece of junk. I sent them an email indicating that I was not satisfied. They responded two weeks later indicating that they would send a call tag and a refund. That was two months ago.... nothing.

Be careful. They sell refurbished products but mark them as new on their site. Bought a bluetooth earpiece that was marked as new.

When I got it, there were barely noticeable gray print on the earpiece that said "REFURB". I also tried to register it on the manufacturer's web site but it was already registered.

When I contacted them, they said if I ship it back, they'll glad refund my money but it'll take 3-4 weeks for processing. I didn't bother.

ill double check the box when i get it...on sellout.woot someone said they called canon to verify that the 1 year warranty was valid and they said it was

I do buy frequently from them and no problem yet.

They are not authorized but I have bought items from them and it comes as described but it takes a while to send. But no big deal to me. I picked up a Motorola XOOM for $200 a while back while a lot of places were selling then for $300ish the lowest.
