It seems every two or three weddings (1500+ photos per wedding) I get one or two corrupt files. Using 5D3 and a Transcend 64gb CF card. It's a fairly new anomaly, so I may start shooting some other cards to see if it's the card or camera. Here's an example of one of the photos. It looked fine in the LR4 grid view, but when I clicked on it to develop it, it got crazy.
1Ds Mark II, 5D Mark III, Canon AE1, Yashica Electro 35, Mamiya RB67, Yashica 124, some lenses with red rings on them, and some flashey things

Try and definitely let us know.
