This is one of the young peregrines from yorkshire peregrine,it was on the edge of a cliff,the green in the BG are trees in the bottom of a 250ft + drop.this bird had fledged,even though it still as a bit of down on its head.cannon 500mm lens with extender giving me 700mm FL.plus beanbag,and cannon 7D.thanks for looking.

fantastic shot, great color and it is super sharp. Cute little guy too. I have only seen one Falcon and got one decent shot of it in my life. They are not common here.
