I did a shoot with my friend Nikole today with her halloween costume. It was such a fun shoot

i'd tighten up the crop on that

i think the crop is fine but id go for a shallower depth of field. this way one can tell which the point of interest (im assuming the girl) is. all in all lovely shot

Well, if this was taken with an 11-16 F/2.8, I'm guessing that is as shallow as the DOF really gets at that distance. Could maybe try to simulate less DOF in PP.

This is a really cool shot but I do agree she kind of blends in with the background... but... I guess that is the point of that pattern in nature and might be partly what you are going for here. I really like the concept.

I think the better execution would require a more narrow focal length and more shallow DOF ... but not too shallow because part of the point of this shot is the environment.

Being a cat person,i love these.she nailed the poses but i would like to see some wild makeup to tie it all together. For all the wildness in the shots her face is pretty plain in these
