Recently took some really quick photos of my friends S2000. Thought I would share them and I feel like I should be on this forum more, for inspiration and knowledge. :)

I am still a n00b when it comes to OCF but I'm learning slowly.

Yeah I'm having a little trouble judging how much power to give the strobes when looking at the lcd, always looks dark but I bring them into the comp and they are way too hot. Idk

I think you have done a pretty decent job of those, I find that the power of flash to use varies with the colour of the car as darker cars absorb it more, as the S2000 here is silver you could dial it down a tad and get good results, and always push the exposure a bit in RAW with adjustment brushes if you needed too.

All my opinion of course ;)

Do you need me to suggest that you try a few different exposures? ; )

It's not the exposure that's troubling me its the flash power, but yes I've been trying to take multiple shots at different powers. Just gets really time consuming setting powers moving lights around to get that perfect shot, then the car owners start to get impatient lol. Getting better at getting to a location and judging the settings based on subject and surroundings though

The more you charge them, the more respect you get & the less they mess with you while you work. ; D
