Hi guys... would love to meet you guys... maybe at this event.

Caution though on the 3rd. Breeder's Cup is at Santa Anita, just a couple of exits from the Library so traffic may be affected. Surprised no one is shooting there. I was hoping to get media credentials, but no luck.

I might be intersted. Let me know the dates and I will see. But I have a full time job during the week so weekends for me.

Sure sounds like fun, unfortunately will have to pass on this one as I will be 900 miles South of here sitting on a beach in Cabo San Lucas. Have fun everyone and share the photos.

Please inbox me if you will be attending this meet up on Saturday, November 3rd at the Huntington Library. I would like a rough estimate of who and how many will be in attendance. If any of you have friends or photo enthusiasts that you would like to bring please do!

Again, if we have 15 people the ticket price drops to 55% of the normal cost ($20 to $11 a head) so that is a goal we should try and meet! Let me know if you and +# who will be attending.

I will post the count on the first two posts of the thread.

ok, so now time for me to be "THAT" guy. What the heck should I bring? Bodies are limited to the T2i and the Original Rebel that my wife will be using. Lens choices are as follows

70-200 2.8L non IS
18-135 kit lens
old 18-55 kit lens
55-250 IS
50 1.4
35 2.0
24 2.8
430ex
17-50 2.8 non VC

I dont want to be the guy that brings everything and buggers everyone up. I could possibly obtain a set of kenko tubes which I have been sort of wanting. Also concidering renting something like a 100 2.8 or 180 3.5 as butchie was thinking or even going wide like a 10-17. help....soooo gonna be out of my element.

70-200, 17-50, 50 f1.4, 18-135, and the flash. Possibly using extension tubes would be smart as well.

Updated the list. So far 8 people confirmed who have pm'd me. 7 more for the discount!
