Great series. That looks really good for 6400 and no processing.

I shot these for the paper. Don't need to use noise reduction. They only print at 80 dpi so you are not going to see the noise. This was my last shoot with my 7D. Just got the 5D MKII. So going have to crank it up a lot to see noise with that... :)

Friday night action in the Eastern Panhandle of WV. Washington Patriots (AAA) took on the undefeated Frankfort Falcons (AA) and were victorious 55-29. Game started with Frankfort running the kick-off back for a touchdown, only to have Washington run the ensuing kick-off back for a touchdown! Here are some shots from the game.

Thanks, burnet. That's one thing I struggle with. I leave a little extra room so people buying the photos can crop to the dimensions they want. Maybe I should set up a different gallery specifically for posting in this forum.

Thanks, brad. Yep, dark endzones. Someone on here brought up a good point about spending a ton of money on the turf field and then skimp on the lighting. The school is only 5 years old. You'd think they would have better lighting in the endzones.

Our Pop Warner fields are better lit than the HS here! But they have a beautiful track and a state-of-the-art turf field!
