It does exist for the 7D just do a search on eBay for Split Image Focus Screen Canon EOS 7D. Several hits, most in China.

Purchased a Chinese product for 7D and another for 5D mark 2.
Neither screen was a drop=in replacement. Both versions needed shims or some sort of adjustment. Waste of time.....gave both away and purchased genuine Canon. Just my experience.

Canon doesn't make one for the 7d :(
