Quick test of my new toy :
12mm on a 5D is WIDE! :D
I wasn't thrilled with a 10-20mm on a 50D, but this is something else.

Bad Photographer, ignoring the no photography rule. Bad, I tell you.

On the other hand it is fun to see what you can get.

We hold our L glass toward the light,
Digitizing in a snap reflective glory
That will forever tell our imaged story.

?? There was no such rule.

By the way, I don't know why I posted this picture, I prefer this one by a long shot :

When I went through the Opera house in 2009, there was a sign prohibiting photography inside and the guides repeated the warning. I had to sneak a couple of shots from my waist with the fisheye. I did the same later in the Sistine Chapel. In the Barcelona case, it did seem ridiculous to prohibit tourist photography when nothing was happening on stage.

OK, they have thankfully changed the rule. It was a guided tour and half of the tourists were taking pictures in plain sight. The guide even allowed time for photography.
