Is there a new price for the 7D?

Think it was 1087.00, didn't notice when it dropped in price but just got one for 1023 + tax..1088.00 to my door.
Considering what the used market is still fetching for a 7D, not sure why anyone wouldn't take the CLP route.

I am out of the country right now, but will update the first page with the new prices as soon as I can get back in front of a real computer (too much formatting for a mobile device).

Thanks for the updates

battery is completely dead, so I'm charging it now, and I bought my lenses from a different place so it will take few days to get here :(
I wish i can use my FD lenses without having to buy a converter.

I'm very excited for you! 10 months ago I was unboxing my refurbed 60D.

Which lenses did you decide on?

It's always exciting to have the white or brown truck to pull into the driveway. Not to be selfish, but rather have the package for me than the wife..lol

Has anyone bought a 5DII recently? I'm torn on what to do. If the price on the first post is still current I'm only a few bucks difference between the CLP price (with sales tax) and B&H with the recent price drop.

The Refurb is $1759. BH New is $1699. I think the choice is somewhat obvious, unless you call Canon and they have reduced the price of the refurbs..

I was in the same boat as you. I even bought a broke ebay for trade in. Well UPS just dropped off my brand new 5D MII with 24-105 from B&H. New was the way to go this time with the price as low as it is.

So I got this T3i refurb to help pay (in terms of the discount) for some lenses and I have to say it is not bad at all. IQ is great, handles nice, grip ergos are better than I expected, very well featured.

I'm still keeping the 7D though lol.

Should make for a happy buyer and it only has 31 clicks according to EOSCount.
