I say photoshop the missing parts ,I'm on my phone right now but once I get a chance I will give it a try, you got all the missing elements in this shot to do a nice retouch

FWIW, my eye is drawn to his chubby clenched up feet. Who knew a bird this majestic would have such ugly/ inelegant feet? Haha. Nice shot though, and an interesting presentation.

Here's a quicky... a lot more could be done to it to give the edges a softer more realistic transition and to add more noise back into the background.
