A Female, notice this one has a crippled foot, birds seem to cope with this type of thing quite well.

A lovely shot Joe. I don't know why but I've seen a lot of birds with injured feet recently, They do manage as you say but sad to see all the same.

A very nice shot, Joe; I recently photographed a one-legged chickadee and it did not seem overly distressed.

What a cute little bird - and a great shot of it, Joe. Neat colours all the way through the shot.

Beautiful shot Joe! I've seen quite a few birds that are handicapped also and they usually can adopt with it pretty well.
