the wife and I planning to get up there sometime to do some location scouting.

Rich, I'm back in town. One spot I would really recommend is "the gap". It's the location right before u get to ely state penitentiary. The colors and the location is really good. Traffic is scarce since the only people that uses that road r the people that work for ESP, or the people that's gonna visit someone in there.

I'm planning to go and have a shoot there sometime soon.

Going to be in town this Friday through Sunday, my son has a karate meet Saturday. So I have been reviewing this thread again to get some ideas on what to and how to shoot, lots of great shoots in this thread. Just don't think I can stay inside and shoot karate for 12 plus hours. So guess I'll have to suck it up and go shoot the town.

Remember, Stressed spelled backward is Desserts.:)
Suggestions welcome.

I was just in Vegas about a month ago, and first time since I've been of legal gambling age, and first time with a camera. All of these were taken with a Canon Powershot SX120 IS.

Our gate was still occupied, so we sat on the tarmac for awhile. Not even off the plane and I took about 15 pictures just of stuff around McCarran Airport, added to the 20-40 I took on out of the window of the plane.

The first time I've actually seen the sign. There is also an orb in this picture to my left. I do tend to believe in paranormal stuff, but with a hefty amount of skepticism. However, my dad had passed away about 3 months previously, and this was the first trip I took after that. We used to go to Vegas very frequently when I was younger. However, this could also be dust on the lens or something. However, I have a few more pictures from this same angle, and there is no orb in the other photos.

The Hoover Dam. I found this photo odd because I seemed to catch someone taking a picture of me. I took a few out of the car in quick succession, and it looks like a flip book of this guy taking a picture of me.

The Luxor. I was fascinated with pyramids and this hotel when I was younger, hence my handle here. The forces of the universe have a funny way of things though as I lost $120 here; I just couldn't win a hand of blackjack. I won or broke even at just about every other casino I played at though.

Congrats Sasa... So how did you know which pawn shop to go to?!! There're hundreds of them in Vegas... just curious to know how to go about it, if God forbid something like this were to happen to me ever.
