That appears to be the earlier version of the Sigma 500mm f/4.5 lens. The new version is $5k and appears to get decent reviews. Beyond that perhaps a little Google searching will help, I don't have any experience with their 500mm f/4.5 primes.

Completely different rendering. Sharpness might be the same in center but not in mid level and details all around. Living the life, overexposing...

The Leica M9.
