Hi,

I tried to assemble it but not sure what to do since I have 4 shorts rods and 4 long ones...

Can someone help me ?

Thanks

Should be obvious how it goes together IF you got all the right rods. There are no instructions with any Interfit softboxes for whatever reason.

Is it this guy by chance?

I was considering getting one but might get Photoflex instead.

Get this.

Really want something bigger and already have the brolly below but for the price that Interfit seemed hard to pass up. I just don't like the fact that Interrfit boxes are very stiff difficult to assemble.

Check out the Fotodiox boxes on Amazon. They are very good and as easy as an umbrella to set up.

Here's my review of the 36" version: https://photography-on-the.net …232601&highlight=Fotodiox

Sorry to the OP. I know this doesn't help you much.

Get the bowen's quickring but then it will cost more than the octa. I thought you looking at photoflex, they much more $$$.
