So I have the 60D and a 10-22 and I'm using it to do architecture/interior shots for businesses.
How much of a quality upgrade will the full frame give me?

In your spot I wouldn't buy any lens that will depreciate, get a used copy of the 17-40 now so you can get the money back when you are able to get the TS. You NEED that one, I wish I could justify one just for landscapes but I couldn't really even make the argument to keep my 17-40. 5D, 10D, G10, the required 100 macro, 24-70, 70-200 f/2.8, 300 f2.8)
