Canon 7D
Canon EF 100mm Macro f/2.8
430EX in a shoot through umbrella, full power, zoom 80mm, umbrella was a few inches away from the fly which was sitting on a piece of welding glass I had laying around.

Thanks for the comments, I really appreciate it.
I took these photos because I couldn't go to sleep, it was 1AM, and I just felt like taking a photo of something random...and they were all hand-held :cool:
