I'm surprised this thread has lasted so long. I asked a similar question a few weeks ago about MM and one of the mods closed the thread with 'This isn't MM support'.

That has happened to me also when I asked a question about another forum. Some mods (I know which one to be specific) feel like they own the place.

So apparently the issue got resolved and I can log in with the account credentials I've always used.

However - to my surprise - money were transfered from my balance in the mean time to a destination I've never used. I've always been using paypal and the transfers went somewhere to Moneybookers. Also I still have the confirmation email from when I had to confirm my account details and it states the correct payment details including that Paypal will be used.

No, not yet resolved. I still can't log in, and Alamy's web site still insists it's never heard of my email address despite their having sent me dozens of emails over the past while. Next week I'll raise the heat.

That is unfortunate. I thought they just had an issue that affected few people and that they got it fixed. I'm surprised to hear mine got fixed and yours did not.

NOTE: The money transfer issue I've described in my previous post got resolved very fast.

I was finally able to get in last week. A few days later, Alamy contacted me to ask me for updated information, since one of my photos had sold!
