The room was almost dark as it is just a storage garage. My settings were SS 1/250th F4 ISO 3200 500mm. It was all my 7D could do to focuss. Thought about using my 70-200 but I was a ways back, as I was using my 500mm with tripod and flash I was trying to stay out of the way.
