Very nice! Good use of lighting and I like the fact that you don't have even the slightest view of anything outside of the face or hair - no neckline, no slight viability of anything in the background, nothing. It ensures that you and only you remain the focal point. Cool dark (and maybe even a big creepy) feel too.

I was trying to work that out too. First I thought camera on a tripod and the tripod photoshopped out but that would be a PITA.
