How do you calculate iso in stops? Its not the same increment. Id say 6400 is better than my t3i 1600.

These are one stop increments:

100 - 200 - 400 - 800 - 1600 - 3200 - 6400 - 12800 - 25600

In for more photo samples. Starting to steer towards this body. So far, i'm digging the IQ and ISO capability. I'm pretty positive this would be a huge upgrade from my current T3. Hurry up guys! Let's see some more photos!!

No kidding, I would certainly hope so. Maybe there was a typo in the review and they meant 5DII rather than 7D.

Here is what the review says about the 6D vs. the 5D II, "The Canon EOS 5D II is the camera that a lot of us have been waiting to compare the 6D to. In these results, it is not hard to see that the 6D indeed improves upon the long-time favorite. Up through ISO 400, it will be hard to see any difference in real-life results, but I start to see some 6D advantages starting at around ISO 800. The 6D advantage builds as the ISO setting increases. The difference becomes rather easy to see at ISO 3200 and the 6D's lead continues building until it leaves the 5D II in the dust at ISO 51200."

And comparing with the 5DIII, "The 5D III is a review-time-recent release. I have two of these bodies in my kit - and love what they do for me. But, I do think that the 6D is producing less noise than even the 5D III. You won't see much difference at lower ISO settings, but somewhere around ISO 800 to 1600, I can start to see a slight difference. The difference even at very high ISO settings is not significant enough to be a differentiator in my opinion. Other features such as price and AF systems are much more significant differentiators."

I don't have any useful pictures yet that I want to post up, but I can also attest that it handles high ISO's incredibly well compared to my 7D. I did some test shots in our dimly-lit workroom with both the 7D and then with the 6D and the new body blew the crop away. I'll try to get some presentable shots this weekend and get them up here here. Loving it so far!

So far I'm finding it very fast and accurate.

Shooting a wedding with it tomorrow, so we'll see how it performs in the real world.

Well after seeing some of the high ISO samples out there, I had to give this one a shot. After a stop at the local best buy, I am adding the 6D to my collection. After a quick charge on the battery, I shot this one of the cat. (He wasn't overly impressed to be woken up)

Can anyone with the 6D/24-105 kit confirm that the lens hood and pouch are included? Thanks.

Confirmed both the lens hood and pouch were included. Honestly it was a surprise, because I was expecting just the lens.
