what software do you use to put all the images together? I'm on mac platform.. and want to try out this method but I'm not sure whats the best software to go with.

Thank you Manav! I use Microsoft ICE on my PC. I have read that people using Mac's have had success with a program called Hugin. Maybe Google that and see if it will work. I think it is either free or pretty inexpensive. Good luck.

So much beautiful work in this thread! I can't wait to purchase this lens... but it'll have to wait a pretty long time. The money I was saving for this lens will probably go towards a trip to Europe :p

its a secret how to get the haze in LR3/LR4 ;)
CS5 is easier though (Levels, then drag the slider on output levels :D)
