I like the first one. The skin colors look little off but it could be my monitor which needs calibration.

These are both good head shots, but they have no pop. No wow factor at all. I think if this is your normal level of photography you are on the right track (Don't back up now!), but it may be time to add another light and up your PP skills a little. (It just doesn't scream "senior" if you know what I mean)

Next time have them lean against a brick wall or hold onto a tree and eveyone will go "wow". ;)
