Spotted this one in the North Sea while on a cruise. Was hoping someone could tell me why it looks like it is sinking! :0)

The American Victory and Ryerson have both been sitting at the shipyards for about 3 or 4 years now. I haven't heard why but they must be paying dearly for storage.
