Can someone please critique my post processing?

I really hate how my pictures end up compared to others on here... and I don't know where to begin learning...

Really clean, deeply saturated contrasty wedding-type photos. :)

Maureen, I love your children photographs. And that baby in the first picture, I love the pose, she's a natural model!

Cheers,
Nora

Not a lens I normally use since I mainly shoot sports. But I think I am learning. All hand held and probably too high on the ISO setting but its a beginning.

From back when I had a 50mm f/1.4, the photos it gave were stunning. I need to pick one up again for the holidays!

QUOTED IMAGE

Do you take pictures in Manual mode or Program mode?
The aperture seems to be too wide, I think it should be narrowed a bit.

^^^Flaker, I've been shooting with this lens for two years now and love it, but the bokeh in this seems more than I'm use to seeing, even at 1.4. By any chance was this added or exaggerated in PP? Nice photo, by the way :)
