7/10
I really like the colours and processing, and the smoke is super cool, I just feel like we could stand to see a little more of his head and a little less of the negative space. Only just a little.

I would have preferred this image if it was composed better. Half of her body is cut off. Compared to his which is prominently in the frame. It is an interesting subject matter but I think this shot doesn't do it justice. I would prefer more contrast also. 6/10

6/10 - I like how you only see parts of the surfer in this shot. Good job of freezing the action. I am not a fan of the angle though. I know it is tough and expensive to get in the water with the cam but that would take it to the next level for me.

6/10 I think there's too much space on the left that isn't doing anything for the shot. The expression is a bit flat. I do like the hands in front though.

I'm going to call this cute...I guess. Nothing special going on here.

- White blanket made to look like snow, but has obvious folds and wrinkles in the background.
- White Balance is off
- Image is not sharp.

5/10

Not sure what the context behind this image is but I think you could crop off the small empty space on the left it would be better. Looks like there has been a bit of skin smoothing or noise reduction done but I don't mind that. It would be better if the whole flower was in the frame. I can't really say much else without knowing why this image was shot and what it is supposed to mean. It's just one of those types of shots. 7/10

I like the image ,but (butt) the shot is too backlit to see any drama with face. All I see is shape of butt.... ( male looking at female form) give it 6 out of 10 for butt shape and wave crash

Wish the backround was a bit darker, as it closely matches her hair, I think it would of made her look as if she was coming out of the image, 3d if you will, also to tight of a crop, you cut the top part of her head off, other than that... stellar shot...and lovely model...8/10..very nicely done

These kind of portraits are on the list to learn, so I already like it. Since it's a critique - would love to see background sharper [not more exposed]. It would work better, imo. But in that case, we should move a bit to the left, so the tree does not "touch" the subject's leg.

9/10.

I like it to me it kind of tells a story the kid in the window is mad and wants to play with the ballon. Don't know what's that in the top right corner.

Technically good, and looks ad ready. I like the detail and contrast of colors. You got great exposure considering the bright light coming from underneath the food.

Lack of anything noticably interesting though, so it drops from a 9 to an 8 for me.

8/10.

Just a hint of what you're looking at...Catalina on the left and Palos Verdes on the right.
