Thanks guys yeah 6 is strong I think. I made a bad mistake. Went to 2nd shutter sync at the very start of the day. Never went back so images at 500-640 shutter were not as TACK as they could have been. Have to remember that I do not 2nd shutter sync much.

Yeah the Norco is killer. Will have the review done in about a month. It is 36LBS and change costs $5500 with an INSANE build kit. It is pretty nimble only gripe our testers have had is the sizing seems to run small....

6 is the only one that really does it for me, nice shot
i think it might be a sharpness thing with 1, 2 & 4
3 & 5 give me more confusion/are tough on the eyes as opposed to a sense of the motion, i think it may be all the negative space that does this for me in #3, and not enough contrast between the blur and sharpness
7 just isn't a keeper

Yeah using 160th wasnt slow enough. Should have gone down to maybe 1/40th instead. Leaving camera at 2nd shutter added to the blur. I barely ever shoot above 800 most of these were 500 to 640 shutter.

On the camera body when panning I run second shutter sync.

"Some modern electronic cameras include the ability to fire the flash just before the closing of the shutter, so that moving objects will show a streak where they came from and a sharp image where they were at the end of the exposure, useful for moving objects to convey a sense of speed. This mode is called either rear-curtain sync or 2nd-curtain sync."

Interesting as 2nd shutter does not work at 1/160

I really like #1 and 2. Is that fog on the BG?
