 thank you, you are very eagle eyed ;)

Sorry Pen, I was bored. Couldn't be bothered to back up the laptop to my external hdd as the laptop is getting slow due to too many photo's on it. Did clean all my lenses and camera of dust. Weather is too crap to shoot anything....What can I say.

On the 52 week thread we have been thinking of doing something slightly different for 2013 and thought of this.

A monthly theme and post your best 2 shots.

The themes set out in Jan for each month, we could mix it up a bit by having 2 related or juxtaposition subjects or one colour one monochromatic in the theme but still with only best 2 shots for each month.

Would any of you be interested in joining in?

Sounds good to me :)

Lots of sleepless kids full of sugar in Brighton tonight then .

Cool truck though and a nice shot of it. How wet did the camera get? (Or is that fake snow?)

Thank you, it was fake snow, but it was also raining and wierdly felt like it was snowing whilst standing there because of the rain drops. Camera did get wet, but I didnt have the 5D with me, it was the little OMD M5 which is weather sealed fortunately.

So the big question with a week left of this year to go is are we having a UKSE shot of the year or has Mark won by default? :)

Some wise advice has come my way - I'm going to go back and remove anything to do with "those" people - if you replied to me and quoted it (and you can be bothered) would you mind removing it from your posts too - just in case it does go further etc. Many thanks guys

Done.

Well Christmas is almost here so I'd like to take the opportunity to wish all on here a very happy Christmas :) SWMBO and I will be spending the holiday at home with the kids, both of whom managed to find their way back from university despite us moving house, changing our names and undergoing major facial reconstruction surgery. Bah humbug :p

Finally, a question for the film buffs on here. LoveFilm or Netflix for streaming movies?

Merry Christmas to you and your family JD, I've only used Love Film on the iPad but not had any problems with it if that helps.

lovely shot, I was wondering if it was just rain. I'm seriously coveting one of those little cameras, I'd really like a very very good camera to take everywhere with me, the 7D plus lenses is just too cumbersome.

Lovefilm. We tried Netflix but decided it didn't have enough choice.
