I am looking for recommendations for a beauty dish to use with my canon flash, off camera work

Its the best we can do with out a budget to work in. They range from $19.99 to about $799.

Where do you want to fit in?

You can also DIY - many on line DIY .

I havent used it, but the price is nice and I have used the Qbox24. I think that if I do ever get one it will be this one.

From personal experience get the Kacey 22" Beauty Dish. You'll love it, and it produces killer lighting.

I made my own for use on my AB600. Cost me around 25 bucks for everything. It's rudimentary but it works as well as the high dollar ones. There is a DIY video on youtube on how to make them as well.

fotodiox should cover every mount possibility you have.
