Yes this was part of our Christmas card for people this year, and couple nice prints of it for gifts for grandparents and great grandparents. Our kids are getting more than used to being in front of a camera.

I recently acquired this lens and used it last week but unfortunately with the combination of 7D, it is not producing image quality for what it is known.

All images posted below are unprocessed, converted to JPG from RAW.

In seeing the images on LCD of Camera, pictures look OK but after transferring to Computer, all images are looking out of focus.

Do I need to do any Lens adjustments in order to get best quality ?

I could be wrong, but why did you zoom in on the child's right eye? It looks to me that his left eye was where the focus was (at at least's my assumption when looking at any portrait photo is that the front eye is the point of focus).

It's a simple test. Set your camera on a tripod and pick a stationary subject that is high-contrast and easy for the camera to focus on. Then take a few shots with the camera under regular AF. Then rack the lens out of focus, and set the camera on live view and focus and shoot. Then compare the results.

Really hazy day in NYC. Got this shot of the Empire State Building form the top of Rockefeller Center. Grain added in the conversion to B&W.
