IMO, yes, overcooked. I think it worked better in the second color version you posted earlier. The B&W conversion looks fine when you zoom in but when you pull back it loses the tonal range at the composition level. The color version fought this aspect better.

You've been doing these bird reflection photos recently; I like them, the concept is very strong. This one works really well (IMO, of course) because of the strong diagonal and the fact that there are 3 ducks (I like the number 3)
