Simply amazing shots. Would you be interested in posting a picture of your setup? Your flash ,the lens you used and the camera you shot these with. I'm assuming these were taken in the field and you don't have a lot of time to set up. But is your camera already mounted on a tripod or are all these hand held? Sorry about all the questions but I'm new to all this and so eager to learn as much as I can. Thanks again for sharing such beautifully detailed photos and looking froward to seeing more.

these were taken with 5d mark11/mpe-65/mt24, heavily diffused.all hand-held.
dont have any pics of my current set-up,but suppose will get to that eventually.:)

Thanks for that bit of info. I will have to look it all up so I can visualize it. I imagine all that should fit my 40D But I don't think I can get near as clear as shots as you have with your 5D MK.II. Thanks again for responding to my post and I will be looking forward to seeing more of your work.

the 40-d has great image quality.i still have one,and it,s the third one i,ve bought.
i still prefer the image quality of the 40-d,over the 50-d,and 7-d,which i still use,but only for BIF.
