One the main (and only) negatives mentioned was the vignetting, which the profiles seem to help out with, that's why I was wondering. Is it a non-issue?

ah yep vignetting, forgot about that one. Thanks for the reminder there. Profile would definitely be handy for that one.

Vignetting is pretty easy to fix with the LR slider, its not even that obvious in real world photos. Of course, if your photography consists of test charts and white walls, then you'll have to do a bit more work. But even then its easy to just fiddle with the sliders and those settings would apply to all future shots.

I don't see any issues with vignetting with this lens.

Cool, mine is on the way too.

I picked normal shipping from Adorama and since it is a holiday mine will be here by Friday (probably Wednesday or Thursday though).

Still waiting for tracking to say the wonderful words... "out for delivery " But no luck just yet.

This shipment has been such a mess! Shipped last Monday from NJ... Was not picked up until Wednesday and was due here Friday last week. Well due to weather, got delayed. Arrived in Cleveland Friday night at like 1am .. Expect it today, but it is showing Wednesday as the delivery date. Don't get that at all... So I am hoping it comes today. I mean, it is already here... Why would it get delayed another day... gah....

Edit: Looks like UPS is closed today and tomorrow due to holiday... I thought only Tuesday :(

Now another two days of waiting....

Is there a LR profile out for this lens yet?

The LR profile for the Sigma 30 actually does a pretty nice job.
