Hey Ryan, I think her eyes look cooked from pp, also an "irish pennant" on the right side of her blouse. everything else looks great

Sorry, I am a Marine, it is a naval term and sometimes I forget that not everyone use those words.

Irish pennant (plural Irish pennants)
(UK) (nautical) A loose or untidy end of a line or other part of the rigging of a sailing ship

the detail of her facial skin is all washed out....highlights are subdued. Try to make the skin natural especially in personal portraits. Good shot.
