Cool cheers fellas looks like he's finally taken them down, also shutter stock have taken his account down and are going to send me the money he got from selling my photos...

Ian has sent me a link to a tool he uses which looks good but I need to be on a real computer not my phone.
Glad you got this one sorted with the appropriate recompense............sincerely hope ShutterStock spread the word across the agencies about this character!!!

Looks like they have been taken down Mark.
I've had problems with people using my photos on their websites after taking them off Flickr and they use the excuse " Flickr let me do it " but as soon as I tell them that they didn't as I own the copyright and unless they remove them or pay a highly inflated sum I'll be informing my solicitor the photos seem to disappear.
The mis appropriation of copyrighted imagery now sadly seems to be the norm.......just wish the hosting sites would take more responsibility and action in such matters?

result! some people have a ruddy cheek... be inspired to take better pics, not steal them for goodness sakes
anyway - I seem to have done a fair batch of scribbling lately, fatherhood has been a massive (all consuming & brilliant) part of my life this year and I've really had a blast in 2012, I hope this continues into 2013 & all your well deserved wishes come to fruition!
Happy New Years one & all!

Oh Lee, you are still on top form with your scribbles

I posted comments on all of these. I've also been going through some of his other stuff to keep him real

I'd suggest anyone else with a spare couple of minutes goes to his site and posts this:
"Here's a thought for the New Year. Why don't you post EXIF data on "your" shots just so we know they are actually yours?"
Peer pressure before the Internet had weight but it seems to me that notoriety just adds to the gravitas of such reprobates

i did and got a nice message back
That reply does look so odd...............but I wonder if he is saying he bought the images and therefore are his to do with them what he wants? Whatever he thinks he needs grounding asap.

Eh? am I dim or does that actually mean nothing? sounds like a right prat to me.
Hope you're all well today - dismal dismal weather yet again. Sorry we missed you yesterday Laurence - myself and Richard were still there - and I believe Mstar Mark was too somewhere - next time we must all exchange numbers so that we find each other!

I love your fox shot just peeking out at you.
Is it too early to say Happy New Year
Yes, sorry I missed you (just goes to show even with the car park and maed out on visitors the place can swallow folk) and maybe it was MStar Mark I thought I recognised?
Thanks for loving the Fox (Frodo?) I stood waiting and managed a few eye open frames. NB Do not forget the 500px love?
PS The Otter image got an L & F on 500px by an Awesome member who has yet to post any pictures...............in the light of Mark's experience is that odd that folk join and do not post pictures of their own?

A belated Merry Christmas everyone and I also wish everyone a safe and happy 2013. I particularly look forward to all being inspired by all your photos next year.
Been busy of late as we've been moving apartments in Basel, and have been spending most of my time assembling Ikea flat packs ever since. 2012 has been a bit of a photographic drought with fatherhood, supporting the missus with some post natal complications and then moving countries and jobs taking up all my free time, but hopefully I can get out a bit more next year. Here's hoping at least!
Dennis, good to hear that things are now settling down on all fronts.............looking forwad to seeing some pictures form the new home area in 2013.
Matt, nice set but this one speaks to me as somehow the level 7 sign adds a certain something.
Oh boy you have done some travelling...............do like this one with its great leadin line, makes you want to follow the path down the valley.
