Thanks to all those helping me with my PP and portrait work. Here's another go at it...

I think the eyes are a little crazy but apart from that I think it looks okay :)

Eyes, teeth and skin are all overdone by a pretty good bit. I usually make a duplicate layer, make my crazy edits, then dial the opacity down to 25-30 percent to make it look normal.

Stopping down would have helped instead of wide open. And I agree that the pp is over done...alot..

I'd have to agree w/ the above...teeth are really white which isn't exactly normal. Eyes are a bit off as well.
Might want to post the original, unedited image for comparison (also a bit smaller to prevent scrolling).

That makes sense to do it that way. Will try it. Thanks for the CC.

Here is the original uncropped RAW version. Thanks for taking the time to help...

That's before you worked on her teeth? You may have to yellow em up a little to make them look natural! :) Seriously though, something looks wrong with the tooth color. You think it might be your WB?

I agree, this seems strange, but I'm pretty sure this is the unedited Raw file.

I can't tell at this size, but the teeth look blown out they are so bright. Are we getting the whole story here?

Here's another one I found. It doesn't appear to be RAW, so I didn't think this was the original. this one hasn't been brightned . Settings were the same on the camera.

ok...here is another edit I just did from the original posted just above. I took a more conservative approach to the skin work, and did nothing to the eyes, except for a bit of sharpening in PP. Did nothing to the teeth either.

Thanks for the help, Ronnie, I think my WB was off, causing problems with the teeth. It was too cool, I believe.

That is a big improvement over both your first image and the RAW file. I like the warm WB too. Nicely done!
