2nd Shooter Technical Issues

I guess in a nutshell, ^ this guy is right. If you're shooting weddings, you should go off camera. You can probably put together a 2-3 light kit for under 300 bucks now days. YN560's, Cactus V5 trancievers, and cheapo light stands and you'll be on your way.

For how to handle the next one a lot of members already toll you how to do it......
to fix this one to a better (acceptable) image, try to use in photoshop 3 layers o levels on top the image and set the blend mode to:
1-multiply
2-screen
3-softlight
play with the opacity, happy editing...

I have PW's and stands, I just find a wedding is so fast that fiddling with stands and flashes takes some time, bit as anyone knows off camera flash is the way to go for sure, but at a wedding I am not too sure because everything is moving so fast.

Keep your lights built and stash them out of the way. You should then be able to set up two lights for any shot in under a minute.

@OP: because you're shooting up at the subjects, you're basically getting no benefit of bouncing. This perspective you're shooting from just isn't a good choice, in my opinion.

In general--if you're inside, be at ISO800-ISO1600 unless there are very compelling reasons to do otherwise. Also, a shot with three subjects staggered like this should definitely have been shot at f/4 or an even smaller aperture (I'd say f/6.3 ish).
