You'll have to ask the seller if this fits, as it works with the 7d and 1Dm4, which is similar to the 5Dm3 design

Is there an official eye piece extender for 5D3 yet? I'm not worried about smudging the LCD, I just want to see the full image via view finder incl the data around it. Thanks I haven't seen anything official. I haven't even seen any aftermarkets. Canon :: R5 | R6 | RP

Based on that I bought this extender, and I like it, but there are a few things to mention. You can take it apart and remove the plastic lens inside, and it still gives 100% view and doesn't change your viewfinder focus. Also, I found it to be just slightly loose, but two small pieces of gaffer's tape as shims solved the problem. Finally, one of the tabs on the rubber portion tore and it kept slipping out of the slot. When I emailed the seller and asked if I could get the rubber part replaced, he sent me an entire new unit. Good service! I'd rather have a bottle in front of me than a frontal lobotomy.

Yep. Not the most desirable. But then again, I can't see all of the image as it is (let alone the data presented on the display) as I have a big nose!!! Thus, will take a shrunk view everyday where I can see 100% Cheers
