Hey Phil, yeah all good mate. Really busy. Guess you gotta expect that when you have 4 kids though ;)

How's things been? Whatcha been up to?

Another one!!! Congrats!

Doing ok! Just working really... Had no time for photos lately. :(

Ps. I realised why Damo hasn't been replying to me... EVER! I was msging the wrong Damo! Ha! I'll try and visit the southend in Jan. Another BBQ would be gold! Weenie (Krystle) is on board too... She'll just have to make sure Pete can take care of their little chubby kiddo.

LOL. Yeah, msging the wrong person would do it!

I haven't been doing much shooting either. Only easy stuff like my orchids really - they are compliant when I pose them unlike 1-3 year olds! That said, I did a friend's wedding last week. Pretty happy with what I got so I'm hoping they will be too. I've had a quick trawl through but still need to do all the PP. Saving that for when I've recovered from Christmas! ;)

Hope nobody here is affected by the fires, they seem very savage at the moment.

Were here in about the middle of it...another starting around Cooma...

Heres an image I shot the other day,...we went out to the airport & got a guided tour of Malcolm by the crew, theres currently 6 in Australia, 1 in Sydney, 2 Melbourne , 1 Adelaide, 1 Perth. & the other one from Sydney is here in Wagga .
Crew were telling me they fly em out here partlly dismantled with spares 2 at a time in an Antonov, he was telling me that Erikson have 17 of them.

Errikson Skycrane, Malcolm,...is still sitting waiting,...
While I really want to capture it in the air,....given it will only be in action if the Bushfires get going,...Im happy to see it sit on standby

Nice read

Narre Warren newlywed Jarrad and Sheree Mitchell had thought they were entitled to the moment they sealed their marriage with a kiss but photographer George Ferris claimed they did not linger long enough to get it.
And Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal has ruled that the kiss, and other pivotal moments, are not a guaranteed staple of every wedding album.
The Mitchells engaged Studio Edge & Multimedia, of Beaconsfield, to photograph their wedding at Nathania Springs, near Belgrave, on August 28, 2011.

But after paying $2210 of the $2600 contract, the Mitchells refused to pay the outstanding amount of $390. They argued the company failed to deliver the photographs in an "artistic" style found on their website and request.
They argued company director, Mr Ferris had instead had failed to capture pivotal moments like "the kiss", the cutting of the ribbon and the signing of the wedding certificate. They argued that the pictures were poor with blurred movement and the wrong lens hood had caused shadow in the pictures.
Mr Mitchell argued that he felt misled that Mr Ferris had taken the photographs on his website but later discovered an employee had taken the ones the couple liked.
The Mitchells claimed at VCAT $6400 in damages, including the cost of re-staging the wedding photos, saying the company also failed to deliver a boxed photo album, proof album, three large wall prints and a micro wedding website.

How many shoot a wedding without getting the signing & the kiss. Personally if Mike or I missed these I would feel we had failed to deliver.
